What's included in your base rate

Every estimate starts with this package. Upgraded proteins and specialty sides are priced separately — all rates below are starting prices and subject to change per your final quote.

Main protein

Chicken prepared in your style (non-fried). Fried chicken incurs an additional charge.

Upgrade to market-rate protein

Chef Bradney quotes the following personally to reflect current market prices:

  • Lamb — chops or rack of lamb
  • Beef — top sirloin, round, brisket, tri tip, chuck roast, ribs
  • Pork — pork chops, shoulder, roast, neck bones, ribs
  • Seafood — seasonal selection

Sides, veggies & salad

  • One starch — rice prepared your style or potatoes (excluding fried and deep-fried varieties)
  • Assorted vegetables — chef's seasonal selection
  • Fresh salad and dinner rolls

Specialty upgrades

  • Mac & cheese or other specialty sides+$3 / guest
  • Greens, asparagus, Brussels sprouts or other specialty veggies+$3 / guest

Beverages

Served in decanters, per 100 guests:

  • 3 gallons fresh lemonade
  • 3 gallons iced tea
  • 3 gallons ice water

Bar service, specialty beverages, and alcohol are priced separately.
