Every Riverside event starts with our base catering package — chef-prepared food, professional service staff, and a full setup experience.
Chicken, one starch, assorted vegetables, salad, and dinner rolls. Premium proteins and specialty sides are available as upgrades.
One service team member per 20 guests. Setup, service, and breakdown are all included in the base package.
3 gallons each of lemonade, iced tea, and ice water per 100 guests, plus basic plates, napkins, utensils, and to-go plates.

Yes. For qualified weddings and larger events, Chef Bradney offers a tasting so you can refine the menu. Tastings are typically scheduled after the initial proposal and contract. Ask us about the details.
