One service team member per 20 guests. Setup, service, and breakdown are all included in the base package.

Beverages & basics

3 gallons each of lemonade, iced tea, and ice water per 100 guests, plus basic plates, napkins, utensils, and to-go plates.

Yes. For qualified weddings and larger events, Chef Bradney offers a tasting so you can refine the menu. Tastings are typically scheduled after the initial proposal and contract. Ask us about the details.
